Is the Farm ERP software really free?

Yes, completely free. All features — crop management, worker tracking, inventory, IoT dashboard — at ₹0. No hidden charges, no time limits. We monetise through hardware sales and paid polyhouse automation packages.

Do you visit farms outside Pune?

Yes! We currently cover all of Maharashtra and are expanding to Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. For distant farms, we can also do virtual setup sessions via video call.

What crops does the AI detection support?

Currently 38 disease classes across tomato, potato, pepper, apple, corn, grape, peach, strawberry, and more. We're continuously adding new crops based on farmer demand.

How long does installation take?

A standard IoT sensor setup takes 1–2 days. Full polyhouse automation takes 2–4 days. The ERP software is set up on the same day as your first visit.

Does the app work on 2G / slow internet?

Yes, our mobile app is built with low-bandwidth connectivity in mind. Core features like sensor alerts and task management work even on 2G connections.

What language is the support in?

Hindi and Marathi primarily. English support is also available. Our AI chatbot answers questions in all three languages, and our field team communicates in Marathi by default.
